He is a certified hypnotherapist, international trainer of JCI and director of Jobsecura, a firm that provides HR solutions to corporate clients. His power packed presentations with fire and humor are well appreciated by the participants across the globe. He has done many corporate training sessions in Duabi, Qatar, Malaysia, London, Canada, United States etc. He is a past president of Calicut Management Association.

His clientele includes Axis Bank, LIC, PNB, UAE Exchange, VKC group, HIlite group, Baby Memorial Hospital, Asianet etc.

Rishikesh KB

Rishikesh is senior accreditation assistant at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K). He is also working as assistant visiting professor at Farook Institute of Management studies. Prior to these assignments he worked with Christ University Bangalore, Providence college, IIMK etc. in various capacities. He was faculty coordinator at United Nations conference on Sustainable development. His Alma matter includes Delhi University, MIT, IGNOU, Bharathiar University etc.
